Microsoft announces the release of the Halo collection on PC for the first time ever

Clients Sneak Peek

The Master Chief Collection kit will include all the classic pieces of the famous sci-fi shooter series, namely: Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4, as well as Halo: Reach.

Incidentally, in 2009 the Logrus IT team localized Halo: Wars into Russian. This real-time strategy game stands alone in the series of shooters.

First, players will be able to enjoy the brand-new Halo: Reach, after which the rest of the series will be released by 343 Industries in chronological order. It will also be possible to play Reach on current-generation consoles. The developers promise 60 fps with 4K resolution and HDR support on Xbox One X, and Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get the new product for free. Employees at Ruffian and Splash Damage are working on developing a version for personal computer.

The bundle can already be pre-ordered at the Microsoft Store and on Steam, where the game has its own official page. The kit includes a base set of games to which separate parts of Halo can be added.

In addition, Microsoft announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo that they had started working on developing the next Halo installment, titled Infinite. Developers from 343 Industries presented a small teaser, as well as the concept art for the project.
